Refund policy

Please note - most promoters and event organisers do NOT issue refunds. If you cannot go to an event you will not get your money back.

However, occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the team, performer or Event Partner for a variety of reasons.

Unless indicated otherwise in relation to a particular event, if an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered seats at any rescheduled event (subject to availability) up to the face value of the tickets or, if the ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled event or the event is not rescheduled, a refund will be issued including the face-value of the ticket. Delivery fees may not be included in the refund.

Refunds for tickets purchased prior to the date of the original event will be given up to their face value plus the relevant per ticket booking fee, unlike others we don't hold on to that.

If an event takes place over several days and only one day is cancelled, a partial refund only may be payable corresponding to the day(s) cancelled. If the event is moved or rescheduled, the Event Partner may set refund limitations.

There are a few ways you can claim your refund.

1. We'll contact you as soon as we know the event has been cancelled and we'll come and pick up your tickets as soon as it's convenient for you, free of charge of course. 

2. You can come and drop your tickets off at our offices.

3. You can send your tickets to us at our office address.

For accounting purposes your unused tickets must be received within 28 days from the date of the cancelled event. 

Once the tickets are received they need to be verified with the event organiser, and once this is done we will send your refund back to you, again free of charge. The whole process can take up to 28 days depending on the speed of the verification process but on average you'll have your refund back within 3-4 days. 

Please remember that depending on the Event Partner you may have a limited time to claim the refund. After this time any refund is given at the sole descretion of the Event Partner. In other words, reply to us as soon as you can to get your refund. You can contact us as any time to ask for a specific event refund policy.
